Claudia: Feature Bride | Ava's Bridal Couture

Crisp fall Texas air, a Fort Worth brewery, and a couple in love made for a perfect day. Claudia and Alcides tied the knot on November 11, 2016 surrounded by family and friends. As they approach their 1-year wedding anniversary, we can’t help but reflect on her special visit to Ava’s Bridal Couture, and the moment she found the perfect dress to kick off the rest of her life.

THE DRESS
We just love it when a bride finds the dress that makes their heart skip a beat; the dress they can picture themselves walking down the aisle to join their soon-to-be-husband, feeling fabulous. Claudia found THE dress at our salon after visiting two other locations, and having a different style in mind.  She was looking for a simple, feminine silhouette that complimented her curves. Accompanied by her mother, they both set out to browse our selection. Reluctant to try on what her mother had picked, she agreed to give it a try. Seeing it first on the hanger, she was a bit skeptical, and a bit broken from her previous searches. As soon as she tried it on, the world stopped, knowing immediately this was her dress.
This fit-and-flare gown is one of our favorites. The lace detail is so delicate, but the pattern is prominent and eye-catching. It’s versatile enough to do all the talking on its own, or it can be easily dressed up with beautiful accessories for a customized look. The corset back with satin ribbon gives the gown alluring appeal, while the sweetheart neckline ties all the beautiful details together. She added her own special touch by making her own sash with her mother’s help; a very special memento that she will hold close to her heart forever.

Claudia’s dress stole the show among all the other beautiful details of her wedding. It was comfortable, non-restricting, and fit her like a glove, thanks to our alterations team at Classy Concepts Bridal Boutique (sister location in Mansfield, TX). Claudia selected a dress that she absolutely loved and her confidence radiated in every single moment captured from the big day.

WEDDING DETAILS
The couple’s wedding theme was “Industrial Chic”. They selected The Collective Brewing Project on St. Louis Ave. as the venue, which we think is super cool. Being a flowerless wedding (minus the bouquets), she wanted the venue to take center stage in her inspiration. Exposed brick, antique wood, and Edison lights added charm and set a romantic evening vibe that was unique to them.  She sends a special thank you to all her wedding day vendors and contributors that made her dream wedding a reality.

Miranda: Feature Bride | Classy Concepts Bridal Boutique

A big white barn, beautiful pink roses, and plenty of rustic-chic touches made for a perfect summer wedding. Miranda and Bryce were married on July 7, 2016 surrounded by plenty of family and friends. We were so thrilled to have helped her find a dress that tied all her wedding day details together, and absolutely stole the show.  THE DRESS We love it when a bride comes to us with an open mind while searching for the perfect gown. Her only criteria was that her gown must have either have lots of detail or have an open back. Miranda had made one previous stop to our sister store, Ava’s Bridal Couture , and said that there was just no need to look any further after her appointment at Classy Concepts Bridal Boutique . “My experience at Classy was amazing! There was no pressure, and the staff was very helpful in determining just the right one for me”, she said.    Miranda’s consultants encouraged her to try on multiple styles to help determine her tast...
Grandparents are just special people! My grandma has been in ICU since September 23rd, 2007 and it has been a long road to recovery. There was a time when all of us were not sure if she would live through this, but thankfully with prayer of loved ones.... she is now in recovery. They mean so much to me. They are the picture of what love means. They were both born in the 20's and are so young at heart still today. I admire thier strength through all of this and seeing a relationship I could not imagine growing stronger between the two of them warms my heart. Everyone is anxiously awaiting her return home with 2 dogs, daughter Stephanie, Grandpa and a new elevator Grandpa is having put in! :) This picture below was taken in the French Quarter of New Orleans when we took a trip to Louisiana several years ago to see her brother Bill. We had a great time visiting and especially the road trip just for the girls! All my love,

Amy's Wedding Bliss

Amy found us through her florist- Justin Roses of Round Rock. She was looking for a particular bridesmaid dress that she loved! Amy's wedding was at Reunion Ranch of Liberty Hill. I love to tell about the stories that are unique as hers. She road up to her wedding ceremony on horseback... very Julia Roberts! The flowers were amazing (As you can see) and I have to give kudos to Nestecha at Justin Roses. Everything I see of her work is fantastic, but most of all... ever bride that is using her tells me only great things. A true sign of a good business woman- integrity and customer service. Contact their flower shop at 512-697-9777 and you can see more about Justin Roses as www.justinroses.com Her bridesmaids were beautiful. They each rented this "little black dress" that we carry in our store. Amy, thank you for your business, but most importantly we had a lot of fun! I was so glad to get your pictures so I could blog them and share! Thank you for the revi...
