We got the sweetest note from one of our newleywed couples this week and I wanted to congratulate Bryan and Joyce who were married february 22nd, 2009. There pictures turned out so beautiful and we are so happy for them! Amy found us through her florist- Justin Roses of Round Rock. She was looking for a particular bridesmaid dress that she loved! Amy's wedding was at Reunion Ranch of Liberty Hill. I love to tell about the stories that are unique as hers. She road up to her wedding ceremony on horseback... very Julia Roberts! Jessica and her mom Sherry came into our shop looking for her bridal gown in our bridal collection and one from our Mother of the Bride selection. They were very fun pair! I really enjoyed them and later got to meet Will when he bought his tuxedo and needed alterations before the wedding. Will and Jessica came in today and had this sweet picture and note that I cherish! It makes your job so enjoyable to have feedback from your customers knowing that your effort and extra mile was noticed... and of course appreciated! Congratulations to both of you- Will and Jessica! Working with Sue was an absolute pleasure. She’s thorough, organized, and service-oriented. We lived overseas while our home was being built, so we communicated almost entirely through the internet. Sue responded to our e-mails promptly and at length, answering every little question we had along the way. Even better than that, she installed an instant messaging program on her computer and came online late in the evening to chat with us at a time that would work for us. The time difference could have been a problem, but Sue made sure that it wasn’t. The actual design process was a lot of fun, even from a distance. Before she got started, Sue asked us a lot of in-depth questions in an effort to get to know our likes and dislikes. She asked us to send her pictures of rooms that we liked, and then she followed up by asking us what features in particular we liked about each room. Then she got started on the design work. Katherine and Eddie exchanged vows last weekend and Katherine just sent me photos this week that I had to share! She looked absolutely stunning in her bridal gown by Classy Concepts, of course! Here is what Katherine had to say to us in her email: " Hello Sue AKA - my wedding angel! I really CANNO T express how thankful I am for what you did for me. It was the most a mazing day of my life. I felt like a princess. Thank you so much. Here are some of the pictures. Thank you a gain from the bottom of my heart." -Lady K Katherine is a radio personality for KXBT "The Beat" at 104.9 and shares the middays from 9am -2pm. It was a pleasure working with her and her sister Mimi (pictured below). She sent so many pictures that were absolutely beautiful and I could tell they had a wonderful time!
