Making a house a HOME.

Home staging is a hot topic on various shows with HGTV. Many of you are as addicted to the shows as we are. We are always happy to assist our homeowners with their homes and Realtors with their listings.

Recently, we staged a beautiful home that recently went on the market in Steiner Ranch. This amazing, never been lived in home features four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bath with a game room and 3 car garage. It was built in 2007 as well as located inside the Steiner Ranch University of Texas Gated Golf Course section and is listed at $830, 520. This price makes this home significantly less than any of the others on the market.

The outdoor living in this home is a must see with it being on a private drive.
For more information on this home and/or to schedule a viewing contact the listing agent Robin Curle with JB Goodwin Realtors at (512) 633-3011 or via email at rcurle@jbgoodwin.com

To show you what staging a home can do, here are before and after pictures.

Above: family room before staging

Above: After family room was staged, the scale of the room and warmth are changed when you have the right pieces in the room. Window coverings can really warm windows and help people to see themselves living there.

Above: Before the master bedroom had furnishings, you could not see how large this room really was. After we put the appropriate furniture in the room, it made the room look twice as big as it did before the staging.

Above: The formal dining room has great natural light, tray ceiling and a beautiful arched window.

Above: After warming up the room with drapery, a table, and other accessories, you can see family gatherings happen in this room!

Above: They say kitchens and baths sell a home and they really do!
This is the beautiful gourmet kitchen before it was staged and here it is after...

Above: I just love this kitchen. The appliances were well selected for this home.

Above: Last but not least is the master bathroom. There is a peninsula master tub that is connected to the walk in shower. The walk in shower has a commercial glass enclosure and 2 separate entrances for his and her living.

New Building Under Construction Nearby!

You won't need to drive far from our current location on Debbie Lane to see us at our new building under construction! After 10 years making Debbie Lane our "home" for Say Yes to the Dress moments and memories, we reached a crossroads and made a big decision to merge the two locations while under construction.   How can we keep up with new generations and stay on the cutting edge for our two stores?   Our current lease at 1205 E Debbie Lane ended at the New Year of 2018.  We secured an awesome new property for our bridal business to focus more on customer experience, convenience and online shopping! Many of you have seen Ava's Bridal in Fort Worth grow this past year in our new building on Camp Bowie.  The space on Camp Bowie is nearly 3 times the square footage of our previous space.  This past year in our new building has been a dream come true.  We are so thankful for the response received from past, present and future customers a...

A Beautiful Soul or Two ♡

Words are never enough to capture the essence of a beautiful soul!  We/I first fell in love with Robyn in 2015 when she was planning her daughter Brittany's wedding day. Brittany fell in love with a blush pink fit and flare beaded Maggie Sottero Wedding gown at Ava's Bridal in Fort Worth.    Brittany, a Pediatric Nurse and recent graduate from Texas A&M,   was marrying the love of her life Tillman in May of 2016. Each of our staff fought over who would help Brittany Arrott into her dress.  She was so magnetic and interesting that we never wanted our time with Brittany to end.  Brittany was amazingly beautiful on the outside (she was the portrait of health and wellness & an obvious athlete by her physical appearance) but her beauty from within shined even more brilliant. Brittany was fighting a rare brain cancer with dignity and poise.  I've never seen someone so unwell be so strong.  Robyn (Brittany's Mom) managed a...
